Around Macon, specialist offices tend to cluster near hospitals and in medical office parks, and wait times for a consultation run from a few days for an endodontist to several weeks for a busy orthodontist. Most consultations across Georgia are free or low-cost and come with a written treatment plan and price; ask whether the fee is in-network for your plan, what sedation options exist and how many visits the treatment takes. A second opinion is normal for implants, jaw surgery and full-mouth reconstruction, and reputable specialists expect it.

Had my left bottom wisdom tooth removed and it was fast when I got to the back. I had to wait a little bit passed my appointment because of two emergency appointments. But that wasnβt even that long. The only bad part was the numbing other than that it was a breeze. The nurse I had was so nice and Dr.McCormack is the best. He does his job great!!! Definitely will travel every time and pick this office over any office.

We have used Dr. McCormack for 2 different surgeries now-1 being fairly complicated, the other wisdom teeth extraction. Both surgeries went very well. McCormack is very knowledgeable. He explains the procedure and answers all questions without making you feel rushed. Both surgeries healing time and pain were minimal compared to other surgeons we used in the past for similar procedures. I highly recommend! The office staff and nurses are great also.

I highly recommend this provider. Dr. McCormack is extremely skilled and knowledgeable. He has treated me on three different occasions, and I have been very satisfied with the results each time. His office has a calm, relaxing atmosphere, and his staff are compassionate, caring, and professional. I truly appreciate the excellent care I've received and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

I needed three extractions (one of them surgical) here and I have gum disease. I was very scared going in, but went in for the extractions about 3 weeks ago. I went with IV sedation, the staff that put the needle in were very gentle and I didn't notice anything hardly. I don't remember anything during the procedure because of the IV sedation, however, it seemed like Dr. McCormack was very careful given how smooth my recovery went. The pain wasn't nearly as bad as I initially expected. The staff also communicates very clearly.

Dr.McCormack and his staff is awesome. I have never had a good outcome with removal of teeth until now. I had absolutely no pain and that was my biggest fear bc in the past all I ever had was pain. I had 3 teeth removed and it seemed like they were healed almost instantly. I don't know what kind of magic he has but Im glad I was referred to him and I would definitely recommend him to anyone. He truly has made this experience a good one and im thankful for him.
